  • 10-Min. Upper Body With Weights

    Join me with this fast but effective workout. You will need medium weights for this class, but of course you can always go lighter or heavier! Always modify as needed!

  • 22-Min. Upper Body Focus with Weights

    This upper body class has some sneaky legs too, so grab your weights and join me!

    * Pre and Post natal safe as long as you avoid planks and any flexion. If pregnant avoid laying on your stomach after end of first trimester.

  • 8-Min. Upper Body with Ankle Weights

    This upper body class is perfect to add to any other NVP Studio class or for those days you have very little time to workout. I am using my ankle weights, but you can use a pair of light weights, water bottles or nothing at all!

  • 15-Min. Legs & Arms

    This workout is perfect for those days were you have very little time to workout but still want to get a good workout in! All you need is a pair of light weights (2lbs-5lbs) for the upper body work but you can always add some ankle weights for that extra burn!!!

    This super short class can be added to any other NVP Studio workout! This class is shown only once, but repeat everything one or two more times for an extra burn!!!

  • 7-Min. Express Arms

    This short workout is perfect for those days when you don't have much time at all, or also perfect to add to any other workout on NVP Studio. Using a pair of light weights. Don't go too heavy but do use enough weight were you will feel the burn. Repeat the class twice for a deeper burn!

  • 6-Min. Upper Body with Weights

    Grab a pair of medium strength weights and join me with this super quick upper body workout. Repeat the workout 2 to 3 times for a bigger burn!

  • 12-Min. Upper Body with Light Weights

    This short class is perfect to pair with another workout and/or repeat everything twice for a bigger burn! Using ankle weights, but you can do this without weights or use heavier weights.

  • 10-Min Arms

    Grab your light weights and join me with this short upper body class. I am using a Pilates Ball between my legs, but you don't need it! Enjoy!

  • 35-Min. Abs and Arms

    For this class you will need a Pilates Ball and a pair of light weights. I have also added to the site the abs section and arms section by themselves so that you can mix and match with other workouts.

  • 12-Min. Arms

    No weights needed for this quick upper body class. If you need that extra burn, add some light weights or repeat everything twice.
    *This class is pre and post natal safe but remove all planks. Drop to knees or go against wall or use chair and do less reps.

  • 16-Min Barre Warm-Up

    This class is great on its own or use it as a barre warm-up or a warm-up to any other class. You are mainly working the legs, but by adding wrist weights or a pair of light weights you get a nice upper body burn too!

  • 10-Min. Upper Body

    This class is perfect for that quick upper body burn! You can do this class while sitting on the couch watching Netflix 😂 Just make sure you keep your spine lengthened the entire time!   • 25-Min. Upper Body with Light Weights

    These are some of my favorite moves to workout my arms. Grab some light weights and join me! You can do this class multiple times a week as well as combine it with another workout from NVP Studio!
    *This workout is pre and post natal safe just eliminate all planks!

  • 38-min Arms and Abs

    This 38 min arms and core workout has some sneaky legs too, so grab your pilates ball and a pair of light weights for this fun class! If you don't have a ball, you can still do this workout!

  • 18-Min Barre warm-up and arms

    This barre warm-up and arms are a perfect workout on its own, or add this class to another lower body workout for a complete full body experience!
    *This workout is safe for pre and post natal. Avoid planks!!!!
