    Grab a slider or a paper plate, as well as some light weights or ankle weights for this fun full body workout!

  • 57-Min. Reformer Workout

    This is exactly how a typical reformer workout of mine looks like. Come workout with me with this fun full body workout on the reformer. Have a Pilates Ball handy to use, but if you don't have one you can still do this class.

  • 25-Min Barre Warm-Up w/ Abs and a little arm work

    I have assigned this to a barre warm-up with core, but by the time you are done, this for sure feels like a full body class!
    *Pre and Post Natal safe. Just avoid rotation and limit range of motion of the legs once you go to the abdominal section. Do not lower them down too much.

  • 40-Min. Full Body with Fitness Circle

    Grab your circle and join me for this full body workout! No circle, no problem! Use a Pilates Ball or skip the props all together! You may need to modify some moves but you will still get a GREAT workout!

  • 40-Min. Full body with Loop Band and Weights

    Grab your band and weights for this full body workout! You will definitely feel the burn!

    *This class is pre and post natal safe, just make sure to slow down and modify as needed. If the band is too much, you can do the class without.

    For this class you will need some light weights and a loop band. If you don't have a band you can use ankle weights instead, but you can also do without.
    *This class is safe to do pre and post natal. Just avoid any flexion, planks or if you are pregnant lying on your back for too long.

    Join me in this full body Pilates inspired workout. All you need is a mat, but you can use ankle weights for that extra burn! I was super sore after this workout! Hope you enjoy it!

    Join me in this fun, mainly lower body and core workout with a little arm work! If you want, you can use weights and a loop band but if you don't have either this is perfectly fine with your own body weight!

  • 45-min. Full Body with Light Weights

    Join me with this full body workout that will tone and sculpt your body. You will need a pair of light weights and your mat. You can also use ankle weights for and extra burn!

  • 43-Min. Pilates Flow

    This Pilates flow is one of my favorite go-to workouts! Working your entire body with just your own body weight, but you can always add some ankle weights if you are needed an extra burn!

  • 35-Min. Full Body with Props

    For this full body workout I will be using ankle weights, a pilates ball and a loop band, but if you don't have these available, you can absolutely do this class without them!

  • 44-Min. Stability Ball

    I was sore for days after this workout! Simple but a killer! Grab a pair of ankle weights or light weights and your stability ball and join me. We do the entire routine twice, but you can always repeat everything a third time for extra burn!

  • 50-Min. Full Body Reformer

    Join me for this fun and challenging full body workout on the Reformer.

  • 44-Min. Barre with Flex Cords

    Join me with this fun a and killer Barre/Pilates class. Using my cords from flex disc (email me with questions or find info in my instagram) but you can also use regular flex bands for this class.

  • 40-Min Pilates Sculpt

    Grab some ankle weights and light weights and get ready to tone your body with this Pilates Sculpt Mat Class. You will get a full body workout with traditional Pilates exercises as well as a kneeling and standing series that will challenge your body!
