This class is perfect for that quick upper body burn! You can do this class while sitting on the couch watching Netflix 😂 Just make sure you keep your spine lengthened the entire time! Add this class to a lower body class for a full body class! I am using 3lb but go higher if you do not feel the burn right away! And of course, go lighter too if needed!
