Join me with this fun full body workout! You will need a pair of 5-10lb weights (your choice, I am using 5lb) as well as ankle weight (but don't need them if you don't have them). This class is also pre and post natal safe but do eliminate all planking and if being in your back is uncomfortable skip completely!

For this class you will need some light weights and a loop band. If you don't have a band you can use ankle weights instead, but you can also do without.
*This class is safe to do pre and post natal. Just avoid any flexion, planks or if you are pregnant lying on your back for too long. -
46-min. Pilates Inspired Flow
Join me in this full body Pilates inspired workout. All you need is a mat, but you can use ankle weights for that extra burn! I was super sore after this workout! Hope you enjoy it!
