Strengthen your legs & glutes with this quick Barre Workout! All you need is a chair or a stable surface to hold on to. Have fun and remember if your thighs and glutes are burning, you're doing it right! We finish class with a quick abs section and you can always add a short arm class for a full body workout!
*Most of this workout is safe for pre and post natal. Avoid all planking and flexion (crunching up) keep your head down for abdominal work or avoid completely and only lay on your back for short periods of time if you are pregnant. Avoid abdominal section in this class.
